What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the contents of your order. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never reach our servers.

If you create an account we also keep your saved addresses, wishlist, order history and any digital downloads attached to your purchases. If you subscribe to our newsletter we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

How we use it

To take payment, deliver your order, handle returns, calculate tax for your country, answer your emails, and send our newsletter if you asked for it. We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand which pages are used.

Who we share it with

Payments

Card processing and fraud checks. They see the payment, not what else you browse.

Carriers

Name, address and phone number, so a parcel can be delivered.

Email

Order confirmations and newsletters, sent through our email provider.

Never

Advertising networks, data brokers, or anyone paying for a list.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep your bag and your session. Analytics cookies are optional and off until you accept them. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask us to move it elsewhere. Write to us and we will answer as the law requires, at no cost.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Account data until you close the account. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Support emails for as long as we need them to help you.
